Product Warranty Policy
1.Scope of Warranty
※Products Covered
All testing equipment purchased through authorized channels from our company is eligible for warranty coverage:
A. Warranty Period: Starts 30 days after customs clearance and delivery, and lasts for 12 months.
B. Includes coverage for damages caused by packaging issues during transportation.
※Cases Eligible for Free Warranty
A. Repairs required due to product defects or functional issues, such as damaged components or performance malfunctions.
B. Physical damage caused during transportation or caused by packaging issues, provided valid proof (photos or videos) is submitted.
※Cases Excluded from Free Warranty
A. Damage caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances.
B. Issues resulting from problems with the user’s power system, such as improper grounding or voltage fluctuations outside the specified range.
C. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or disassembly by the user.
D. Mechanical damage caused by improper operation or user error (excluding regular wear and tear).
