The software boasts an advanced unbalance calculator. By simply entering the vibration accuracy level, mass, working speed, and workpiece radius, operators can effortlessly ascertain the allowable residual unbalance in grams, simplifying the process.
Our software, wholly developed in-house, offers the flexibility to be tailored or enhanced according to specific customer needs, delivering a bespoke solution for every requirement.
2. Mechanical Excellence and Control
Engineered with a robust casting base, vertical bracket, spindle seat, and support seat, the equipment assures exceptional rigidity and stability. It has an overload capacity exceeding 20% beyond the standard model, highlighting its durability and resilience.
The spindle, made from premium 45# carbon structural steel, undergoes precise forging, quenching, and fine grinding processes, ensuring axial and radial runout precision within 0.01mm. Its thickened design accurately gauges workpiece unbalances over 30,000g*cm.
The use of a multi-V belt in power transmission ensures smooth, reliable operations with minimal impact on balance measurements, boosting the machine's overall performance.
A synchronous rotating dial is integrated into the spindle, simplifying the identification of the unbalance angle, allowing for swift and precise adjustments.
The spindle's innovative hollow structure, paired with a rotating cylinder connection, enables rapid workpiece clamping through a pull rod and pneumatic chuck or tooling, enhancing efficiency.
