This comprehensive software encompasses all the functionalities of leading balancing machine software within China. The operation is guided by a Chinese menu structure, with text prompts for operational steps. Larger vertical machines are enhanced with a software feature for angle tracking, further optimizing user efficiency.
Experience the unmatched prowess of our measurement system: capable of calibrating any workpiece, it boasts a broad measurement speed range starting at a mere 80 rpm. Enjoy swift measurement speeds with stable unbalance amplitude and phase, a high weight removal rate, and outstanding sensitivity.
Our software includes an intuitive allowable unbalance calculator. By simply entering the vibration accuracy level, mass, operational speed, and radius of the workpiece, the operator can effortlessly calculate the permissible residual unbalance in grams.
Completely custom-developed, our software is adaptable and can be modified or enhanced to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring bespoke solutions for unique needs.
2. Mechanical Part and Control
Crafted with a casting base, vertical bracket, spindle seat, and support seat, our equipment guarantees superior rigidity and stability. With the same model boasting a 20% overload capacity, it is robust and reliable.
Our spindle, forged from 45# carbon structural steel and meticulously quenched and ground, achieves axial and radial runout within a precise 0.01mm. Designed to withstand workpiece imbalances exceeding 30000g*cm, the equipment delivers exceptional measurement accuracy.
Equipped with a multi-V belt, the power transmission system ensures smooth, reliable operation with minimal impact on balance measurements.
For effortless identification of the unbalance angle, the spindle features a synchronous rotating dial.
The hollow-structured spindle can connect to a rotating cylinder, enabling swift workpiece clamping via a pull rod and pneumatic chuck (or pneumatic tooling), enhancing operational efficiency.
Built to last, our equipment employs a variable frequency speed regulation system. Its soft start and stop functionality reduces motor impact, prolonging equipment longevity. Designed for continuous operation, it offers uncomplicated and convenient maintenance.
